On Sunday the 22nd we got together with a few of the Workshop models to do some test shots for a Spa shoot.

Make use of the Classifieds
Alastair , Monday 19 March 2007 - 08:59:42 // comment: 1

I'm sure we all have something we would love to sell, get rid of or need to find.
So remember that this site has a classified section that is completely free of charge that you can make use of.
The newest ad to be placed is for a complete studio flash system with backdrops and cables that is for sale at a very good price. Click to view advert

So clean out your unwanted items by placing an ad. Someone, somewhere will be interested.

shawnmodel.jpgShawn Rautenbach
Shawn has been a regular at many of our PhotoWorkshops, and I just want to acknowledge and compliment his latest shoot. If I think back on shawn's first attempts at photographing models, it just goes to show that perseverance and practice can lead to quality work.

Well done Shawn, a very nicely lit and shot picture!

The zoo now has some new cubs that are great to photograph. There is a very cute lion cub, now 8 weeks old and two tiger cubs, also 8 weeks old.

THE BABY PHOTOGRAPHER
Alastair , Friday 09 March 2007 - 07:27:26 // comment: 1

The Smiths were unable to conceive children and decided to use a surrogate father to start their family. On the day the proxy father was to arrive, Mr. Smith kissed his wife goodbye and said, " Well, I'm off now. The man should be here soon." Half an hour later, just by chance, a door-to-door baby photographer happened to ring the doorbell, hoping to make a sale . " Good morning, Ma'am," he said, " I've come to...'' " Oh, no need to explain," Mrs. Smith cut in, embarrassed, " I've been expecting you."   ...
